Exhibitor Rental Rates

AIAG AutoTech 2007 booth rental rate for members is $25 per square foot, with a premium fee of $200 for each exposed corner. Rental rate for non-members is $40 per square foot, with a premium fee of $200 for each exposed corner. (You must be an AIAG member at time of application to receive member rate.)

This rental rate includes the following benefits:

• Pipe and drape divider
• Standard back wall
• 7" x 44" booth identification sign (company name only, no logo)
• Listing in AIAG AutoTech conference directory
• Reciprocal link on AIAG AutoTech Web site
• 100 complimentary passes for customers and prospects
• Ten percent discount on advertising for AIAG AutoTech issue of Actionline (bonus distribution at event)
• Mailing list of AIAG AutoTech 2007 attendees for post-show follow-up
• 24-hour security

• One complimentary full conference pass (includes admission to exhibit hall, breakfasts, sessions, luncheons and receptions)
• Two exhibitor badges allowing access to the exhibit floor and the Exhibitor Resource Center (Additional badges with the same entitlements will be available for $20 each)

To reserve your booth, contact AIAG at 248.358.3570 or download the Exhibitor Application/Contract. For booth availability, refer to the AIAG AutoTech 2007 Floor Plan. Space assignment is on a first come, first served basis.

• Island Booth: Full payment must accompany the contract to reserve space, with no exceptions
• Standard booths and peninsulas: A 50% deposit of the gross booth total must accompany contract to reserve space. Remaining amount is due June 4, 2007.

• August 17: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• August 18: 8:00 a.m. - Noon
• August 20: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Booth inspection begins at 3:00 p.m. on August 20

• August 21 10:00am - 5:00pm
• August 22 10:00am - 5:00pm

• August 22: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• August 23: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
